Process
How aprojectactually runs.
Five stages, in the order they happen. Each one names the service lines that do the work — so you can see what you need, and what you did not know you could ask for.
- 01
Agree what has to be true
Lock the look before the spend.
Before anything is modelled or shot we agree what the work has to achieve, who signs it off and when it has to be live. Most production problems are scoping problems wearing a different coat.
What you getPreviz frames, storyboards, a technical plan and a schedule you can hold us to.

- 02
Build the master
Make it once, properly.
The hero asset gets built to the highest standard the job will ever need — not to the format it happens to launch in. Everything downstream is derived from it, which is why this is the stage worth spending on.
What you getThe film, the render, the shoot. Finished to broadcast and print specification.
- 03
Make it something people can use
Let them turn it, walk it, configure it.
A still answers one question. An interactive answers the ones you did not anticipate — every finish, every angle, the room at the actual size. This is the stage most briefs leave out and most clients want once they see it.
What you getA real-time configurator, a VR design review, an architectural walkthrough.
- 04
Adapt it to everywhere it runs
One asset, every market and format.
The second market, the ninth aspect ratio and the fortieth cutdown should cost a fraction of the first. They do, because the master was built to be reused rather than remade.
What you getCutdowns, localisations, the full social set, campaign variants at volume.

- 05
Put it where it sells
Published, not just delivered.
Work that cannot be published is not finished work. Retailer templates, platform requirements and accessibility standards are part of the job, not an afterthought handed to someone else.
What you getMarketplace-ready imagery, storefront builds, and the tooling to keep it current.

How we work
Four things we hold to
The stages change shape from project to project. These do not.
- 01
Show, do not describe
A picture settles an argument a document cannot. We make the picture early, and often, and before you have committed to anything.
- 02
Say the hard thing early
If a deadline is not real, or a brief will not achieve what it is meant to, we say so at the start — while it is still cheap to change.
- 03
Build it so it can be reused
Every asset is built with the next variant in mind. Nothing should have to be made twice.
- 04
Keep it in one place
Visualisation, film, localisation and build sit under one roof, so nothing is lost in a handover between three vendors who have never spoken.
Start something
Describe the problem, not the deliverable.
Tell us what has to be understood, by whom, and by when. We will tell you which of these stages you actually need.
